As of 10/12/2012, roughly $118,400.19 (see attached).  I will be requesting the updated balance sheet on 
the 15th of every month so I don't the exact cost of the three most recent transactions.

LTC Blank, thanks for the further clarification in the email below.  I remember having this conversation 
earlier this summer, but for some reason I thought things had changed and we were reverting back to 
using CHEP for JDVAC 2013.  I think we are all on the same page now.  :-)

Tina,

Attendee registration is going through KIVA as well. We took registration away from CHEP due to the 
disaster of last year and their website malfunctions. So ALL JDVAC 2013 new money is going through 
KIVA right now and only 2012 and before is being kept at CHEP. We need to use that money first to get 
the account down because when/if we close that account we will have to pay a penalty of 10%.
